Thierry Hoscheit has been sworn in as the President of Luxembourg’s Supreme Court, replacing Roger Linden who has retired.
Hoscheit has also become the President of the Constitutional Court, with the appointments taking effect from October 1.
Hoscheit is the head of Luxembourg’s media regulator, the Audiovisual Regulatory Authority (ALIA), and was previously head of the country’s Competition Council.
